I got an epic surprise in the mail today from my good bud John Zappas. John’s a super rad artist and graphic designer – blogged previously here and here. When I heard he was hand screening some slipmats, I was stoked to say the least.
It also came with one of his mixtapes. John digs through old vinyl, mixes everything manually and records it digitally. Some really obscure, great music. You can find all his mixtapes on his blog.
