Domestic U.S. orders over $50 total value will be shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail.
Other domestic shipping options available are USPS Priority Mail, Fedex and UPS.
Please note it usually takes 1-2 business days for our team to process and ship your order from our warehouse (see Warehouse Processing Time below)
We offer DHL and Fedex as our options for international shipping. We charge the exact live rate of what it costs us to ship your order. DHL is the most affordable option.
International ship times are listed next to each shipping option at checkout. You will also receive a tracking number upon shipment of your order, which you can use to track and view your estimated delivery date.
Please note that depending on your country's specific import laws, you may be required to pay local duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your shipping cost. Please include correct telephone contact information in your order to ensure that you can be reached in the case of a customs issue. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
For ship times (domestic and international) please contact the courier you chose at checkout for their published ship times. If you are unsure what shipping service you are using, please refer to your order confirmation email.
If you chose a specific express service ("Overnight", "Next Day", "2-Day", etc), please note that you are still subject to our internal warehouse processing times (see above). We usually process orders between 1-2 business days. So if you paid for overnight shipping, make sure to account for any additional internal processing, just to be safe.
Having said that, we try to prioritize all overnight orders as best we can to get them out ASAP. If you selected an express shipping option and want to make sure your glasses will arrive by a deadline, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (don't forget to include your order number!) and we'll do our best to help you out.

When your order ships, you'll receive an automatic email notification with your tracking number.
