Painting with Isaac
Isaac Psalm Escoto paints visions of his hometown of Los Angeles through his colorful, tongue-in-cheek portraits. His work feels like it’s both a scene from your own life and an alternate universe, capturing the absurdity, excitement, and unexpectedness of the modern day.
Isaac began his career as the prolific graffiti writer Sickid, and is now an vital part of Los Angeles’ art scene. While Isaac’s work now hangs in some of the city’s top galleries, you can still find him splattering buildings and billboards all over town.
As huge fans of Sickid, we couldn’t be more thrilled when our friend Misha proposed tapping his longtime friend to do some custom work for our pop-up. Keep scrolling for a behind the scenes look into Isaac’s creative process.
ICYMI, our pop-up is now open!
