Shipping policy

We are unable to cancel or make any changes to an order once it's been placed. Please confirm that product details and address information are correct prior to completing your order.

Most orders ship next business day after we receive your purchase (*business days exclude weekends and holidays). Pre-order ship windows vary and are noted on the individual product page. Orders containing a pre-order item will ship once all items in the order are in stock.

Crap Eyewear® is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. This includes but is not limited to the wrong apartment, wrong street address, street number, town etc. Please verify all information before completing your purchase. After an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and that someone will be available to receive the package.

*International orders may be subject to additional duties and taxes which will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are separate from any shipping fees paid.
