- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after we receive your purchase (business days exclude weekends and holidays).
- During high-volume periods shipping may be delayed by 2-3 business days.

U.S. Shipping
- FREE shipping on all domestic orders $50+. $5 flat-rate shipping available for orders under $50. Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date.
- Faster shipping available for a $10 flat-rate. Orders will arrive within 1-3 business days from the ship date.
- Rush shipping available for a $25 flat-rate. Orders will arrive within 2 business days from the ship date.
- Overnight shipping is available for a $35 flat-rate. Orders will arrive within 1 business day from the ship date.

International Shipping
- FREE shipping on all international orders $75+. $10 flat-rate shipping for international orders less than $75. Orders will arrive within 1-2 weeks from the ship date.
- $35 expedited shipping is available for international orders via UPS. Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note that customs processing times are out of our control and may cause additional delays.
**Duties and taxes may apply and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local government and are separate from any shipping fees paid.
Returns & Exchanges
- We offer FREE returns & exchanges for full refund or store credit on all U.S. domestic orders when claimed within 14 days of your order being delivered. Click here to initiate a return. Only one return/exchange can be created per order.
- International returns can be returned for a refund to the original form of payment or store credit only. We'll refund your order if you cover the return shipping cost within the same 14 day window. Unfortunately, we can't offer free returns or exchanges on international orders at this time.
- Items marked "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.

I absolutely love these shades, they’re stylish but they do their job. Really durable, scratch resistant so far. I’ve got a big head and usually stretch my shades pretty quickly but these are holding up! Big bonus for the eco- friendly factor to them.

These glasses are amazing! The quality of the materials combined with the clarity and color of the lenses earns an A++ in my book. Wish I'd found them earlier in the summer. They also work perfectly with my face shape -- oval but with a strong jaw. I'll probably end up ordering in another color as well!

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from Crappy (fun name, but far from crappy quality!) and was really excited to get them before my vacation. Unfortunately, even though FedEx marked the package as delivered, they weren’t there when I got home a few days later. I was bummed, but decided to reach out to Crappy’s customer support and I’m so glad I did.
I was helped by Holly and Ruby, and they were both absolutely amazing. Even though their policy doesn’t usually allow replacements for marked-delivered packages, they went above and beyond and sent me a new pair. That level of care and service meant a lot, and honestly made me love the brand even more<333
Now that I finally have them, I can say the shades are 100% worth it. I’ve already gotten so many compliments, and the green color I picked is one of my all-time faves. They’re stylish, comfortable, and feel super high quality.
